This information is only requested when you ask that we prepare a travel proposal or confirm a reservation on your behalf. It includes such information as: travel departure point and destination; travel dates, times, and routes; names, ages, and contact information of other travelers in your party, passport number; aircraft seating and hotel rooming arrangements; special service requests; etc.

Information About Travel Companions (Third Parties)

When you submit a Proposal Request or a Reservation Request for your travel companions, you are acknowledging that you acting as their authorized agent and have their permission to submit their personal information to us on their behalf. Our Privacy Policy applies to their information in the same manner as if they had submitted it to us themselves.

How Your Information Is Handled

IP Address: Our internet server is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information about our visitors. Proposal and Reservation Request Forms: Our site uses Proposal Request Forms for customers to request travel arrangement proposals and Reservation Request Forms for customers to request reservations. We collect visitor's contact information and the visitor's travel requirements and preferences in order to respond to these requests. We collect financial information (like credit card numbers) in order to complete the requested travel arrangements. Contact information from the proposal and reservation request forms is used to send requested travel arrangement proposals and confirmations to our customers. Contact information may be shared with our suppliers as necessary to reserve and confirm requested travel arrangements. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for confirmed travel arrangements. The customer's contact information is also used to contact you when necessary to address any questions or problems with your request.


Information Shared with Suppliers: As a necessary part of the reservation and confirmation process, we must share some of your personal information with our suppliers, such as airlines and hotels. Without confiding this information, the booking process is not possible. In our agreements with these suppliers, we have endeavored to obtain their commitment to abide by the conditions of our Privacy Policy. However, you should be aware that we do not have any control over, nor responsibility for, the uses that our suppliers may make of your personal information.


Online Surveys: Our Online Survey Forms ask visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.
