How Your Information Is Handled
IP Address: Our internet server
is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information
about our visitors. It recognizes the visitor's home server and
IP address, but not your e-mail address. We use IP addresses to
help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our
Web site. IP addresses are used to compile statistics concerning
the number of visitors, page views, and requests for particular
files. These aggregated statistics are used to improve our site
and to provide better services to our visitors.
Registration Form: Our site's
Registration Form requests visitors to give us minimal contact
information (name and email address). Additional information,
such as postal address, phone number, and demographic information
is optional. We use information from the registration form to
send you from time to time: the SkiEurope Report, other related
information that we believe will be of interest to you, and information
about our company. No information is ever sent to you unless you
confirm to us that you wish to receive it. The contact information
is also used to contact you when necessary to address any questions
or problems with your request.
Brochure and Information Request
Forms: Our site uses Information Request and Brochure Request
forms for customers to request information, brochures, and other
materials. We collect visitor's contact information in order to
respond to information requests, and to fulfill brochure requests.
The customer's contact information is also used to contact you
when necessary to address any questions or problems with your
request.
Proposal and Reservation Request

to request travel arrangement proposals and Reservation Request
Forms for customers to request reservations. We collect visitor's
contact information and the visitor's travel requirements and
preferences in order to respond to these requests. We collect
financial information (like credit card numbers) in order to complete
the requested travel arrangements. Contact information from the
proposal and reservation request forms is used to send requested
travel arrangement proposals and confirmations to our customers.
Contact information may be shared with our suppliers as necessary
to reserve and confirm requested travel arrangements. Financial
information that is collected is used to bill the user for confirmed
travel arrangements. The customer's contact information is also
used to contact you when necessary to address any questions or
problems with your request.
Information Shared with Suppliers:
As a necessary part of the reservation and confirmation process,
we must share some of your personal information with our suppliers,
such as airlines and hotels. Without confiding this information,
the booking process is not possible. In our agreements with these
suppliers, we have endeavored to obtain their commitment to abide
by the conditions of our Privacy Policy. However, you should be
aware that we do not have any control over, nor responsibility
for, the uses that our suppliers may make of your personal information.
Online Surveys: Our Online
Survey Forms ask visitors for contact information (like their
email address) and demographic information (like their zip code,
age, or income level). We use this data to tailor our visitor's
experience at our site, showing them content that we think they
might be interested in, and displaying the content according to
their preferences. This information is shared with advertisers
only on an aggregate, and never on an individual, basis.
Cookies: We use cookies to
